payment confirmation.

DELIVERY TIMES
- Nairobi & Kenya: 15-35 business days
- International: 10-25 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, 
public holidays, or high demand periods.

SHIPPING RATES
- Kenya: KES 400 (Free on orders over KES 6,000)
- International: KES 1,500 (Free on orders over KES 10,000)

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number 
via email within 5-7 business days of your order date.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties and 
taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the 
buyer's responsibility.
